The Skills Lab differentiates itself with its high-level training environment built for players who are serious about getting better. With a staff made up of respected coaches from the U.S. and Europe, we combine global experience with attention to detail.

The Admirals Skills Lab features two complementary components:

On-Ice Component: Included in Admirals PHL and High Performance team fees and available to all Admirals for purchase
Off-Ice component: Available to all Admirals players as an additional package

On-Ice Training

On-Ice: These focused, high-intensity sessions provide the individualized attention and structured training needed to accelerate player growth, all delivered in a fast-paced, professional setting. Whether it’s shooting, skating, or situational skills, our program is designed to push players beyond the basics and elevate their overall game.

Off-Ice Training

Off-Ice: The off-ice portion of the Skills Lab is designed to help players develop the physical tools, habits, and mindset that directly translate to improved performance on the ice. Our program focuses on age-appropriate strength and conditioning, agility, coordination, and recovery work — all tailored to hockey players. In addition, players receive guidance on nutrition, mobility, and mental preparation to round out their development.
