Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Premier (AAA)
We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund policy. All refund requests must be submitted via email. If a player withdraws more than 30 days prior to the start of the program or event, a full refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee will be issued. If a player withdraws within 30 days of the start date, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to partial reimbursement depending on the timing and reason for withdrawal. Once the program or event has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Elite (AAA/AA)
We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund policy. All refund requests must be submitted via email. If a player withdraws more than 30 days prior to the start of the program or event, a full refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee will be issued. If a player withdraws within 30 days of the start date, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to partial reimbursement depending on the timing and reason for withdrawal. Once the program or event has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Four Day Summer Camp

Checking Clinic
When registering for the Checking Clinic, you are securing a spot in a limited-capacity program. Due to high demand and limited availability, we are unable to offer refunds for the Checking Clinic.
ADMIRALS SKILLS LAB
