High Performance

The Admirals Elite Full Season AAA program sets the standard for high-level hockey development within the Mass Admirals organization; built for players ready to train and compete at the game’s highest youth level.

Teams at the 13O, 14U, 15O, 16U, and 18U levels face elite competition across North America, participating in eight premier tournaments and a robust schedule of 18+ home and away games. Altogether, players experience a 60+ game season that mirrors the intensity and structure of junior and prep-level hockey.

Training is at the core of the program. Players are on the ice three times per week (two team practices and one skill-specific session) and in the gym two times per week with a professional strength and conditioning coach. Goaltenders also receive dedicated position-specific training throughout the season.

The Admirals operate as an Independent AAA program, allowing for maximum scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to tailor competition to each team’s level.

Our players train inside a cutting-edge hockey complex featuring 2.5 ice sheets, a fully equipped academy-grade gym, and an on-site restaurant — providing a comprehensive, all-in-one environment that supports both athletic and personal development.

Our Independent Split-Season Team offered at 14U, 15O, 16U, and 18U is designed for advanced players seeking the highest level of competition before transitioning to their high school seasons. Unlike traditional split-season teams, this team competes in a premier lineup of elite events, facing top-tier competition that pushes players to elevate their game. With a carefully curated schedule of high-level showcases and tournaments, our independent split-season team provides the perfect environment for players looking to sharpen their skills, gain exposure, and prepare for the next step in their hockey careers. This team is built for highly motivated athletes who thrive in a fast-paced, challenging setting and want to make the most of their split-season experience.
